RETURNS/EXCHANGES

How do I start my return or exchange process?

Please email info@juleskae.com with your order number, return reason, and photos if applicable. 

 

What is your returns policy? 

We accept returns on all other unused items with tags and a valid packing slip within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

  • We charge a $6 return fee.

*Shipping costs are nonrefundable.*

Email info@juleskae.com for a pre-paid label and include your order #. We will notify you of your refund via email once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within 2-7 business days from the delivery date of your return.

Please make sure your items are returned in the original poly bag, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returns to the sender.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing unless you paid for expedited shipping. Expedited orders will go out on the same day if the order is placed after 2pm EST Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm EST or over the weekend will ship the following business day. Pre-orders will ship in the order they were received. Please allow 2-3 days for processing on pre orders.

Do you have a store I can bring my return to?

No, we do not have a storefront location at this time.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, we offer $5 returns on all orders.

How do tariffs and taxes work on international orders?

International duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Jules Kae will not be responsible for any customs or duties.
